Mirror Pink is an iOS application that helps you reference and organize makeup looks. We respect your privacy and have built the App to keep your data on your own device.
2. Information We Collect
Mirror Pink does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on remote servers. Specifically:
- Photos and videos you capture inside the App are saved only to the App's local database on your device.
- Camera and microphone are used only when you actively take a photo or record a clip inside the App. We do not stream, upload, or share this content.
- Photo Library access is requested only when you choose to export a reference to your device's Photos. The App does not read or index your existing photo library.
- We do not collect account information, contact lists, location data, device identifiers, advertising IDs, browsing history, or analytics events.
3. Data We Do Not Collect
Mirror Pink does not collect, store, upload, share, or sell any face data or biometric information.
- The camera is used solely to display a live, on-device preview while you practice with reference images.
- Mirror Pink does not perform face recognition, face tracking, face mapping, or any biometric analysis. No facial features are detected, measured, or recorded.
- The App has no servers and does not transmit your images, videos, or any personal data off your device. We have no access to your content.
4. How We Use Information
Because the App does not collect personal information, we do not use your information for any purpose beyond rendering the App on your device. All photos, videos, tags, and preferences remain on your device and are accessible only to you through the App.
5. Third-Party Services
Mirror Pink does not integrate with any third-party advertising networks, analytics SDKs, crash reporting services, or social platforms that would collect or transmit your data. The App uses only first-party Apple frameworks (Camera, Photos, AVFoundation) and open-source libraries that run locally on your device.
6. Data Retention
All data you create in Mirror Pink is stored locally in the App's sandboxed storage. You retain full control: you can delete individual items inside the App at any time, or remove all data by uninstalling the App. Uninstalling permanently removes all locally stored content.
7. Children's Privacy
Mirror Pink is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will assist where applicable.
8. Your Rights
Because Mirror Pink does not collect your personal information, there is no remote data for us to access, modify, or delete on your behalf. You have full and direct control over all content created in the App on your device.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App or for legal and regulatory reasons. When we do, we will update the Effective date above. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
